I made a Winamp like spectrum analyzer for my MP3 player but it's animation is not very smooth. The LED abr gets a new value every time the timer updates(10mS). But when the counter counts the next count the bar level drops or rises very rapidly and not linearly LED by LED.

I have used 15 Image Boxes for the spectrum.

Does anyone know any technique to make the bar level increase or decrease smoothly like WINAMP?
I tried setting the timer interval but it did'nt help in smoothning.
