How do you get the readability scores?

Make a spelling mistake, then go to tool>Spelling&Grammar. Then click the Options button, and there should be a checkbox for it.
Of course, thats in office XP, but it should be the same.:)

In Word 2000 goto:
Tools > Options > Spelling & Grammar
and then click on 'Show readability statistics' in the bottom left-hand corner.

nishantp - That was just to enable it. In Word 2000 you don't need a spelling mistake...it will always display the readability stats.

Perhaps previous posts answered your question. I copied the following from MS Word Help. In the Tools menu, click Options, and then click the Spelling & Grammar tab.
Select the Check grammar with spelling check box.
Select the Show readability statistics check box, and then click OK.
Click Spelling.
When Word finishes the spelling check, it will display readability statistics.
