How to host my website?
Can anybody help me out how to host my own website at my home or can u provide any link where I can learn that.
I want to know what I need to have (and how?).
Currently I have Dial up connection, Windows 2000 Server, 2 computers.
Currently my website is with an ISP.

Well you will be lucky if you can get a web host running using Cable/DSL but using dialup i very much doubt it. The main problem is that your IP address will be dynamic and will change every time you disconnect. I doubt cablewebserver.com will support dynamic ip address. Only one i know of that supports dynamic ip adderess is DNS2GO. So if you really want to test it out, i would say check out dns2go.com

Good luck even with the cable, you will need to get a special subscription from your cable provider, because more than likely they have limited the upstream bandwidth because they don't want people hosting sites off their home computers for the regular connection price.

It's very easy to host a site if you have cable or DSL. Your ISP may try to stop you from hosting a site but there are ways around their roadblocks.
If you are using dial-up it is a lot harder and I really wouldn't see the point of trying. Your bandwidth is very bad, your IP address is always changing, and you won't be on all the time.

I was able to connect using Bluelight dial-up connection.
