Mine is 250 watt and it works fine with CD-RW, DVD, Hard-drive x2 and 1 floppy.

yeah it should work no probs at all, one of my friends has to go and buy a new PSU today as he was running an Athlon 900Mhz with a dvd, burner, 2 harddrives, floppy and lots of cards on a 230 watt PSU !!! and he wondered why he was getting probs with his comp :p :p

Again depends on the output of the PSU, the REAL output

I have seen people run fine with 250w PSUs (Numtel runs an XP1600 and lots of other stuff on a 250, his voltages are low, but still) and others can't run on certian 300 watt PSUs..if you get a quality one like Antec or Sparkle or PC Power and Cooling you will have few problems..but if you buy some generic crap you willl:p
