How to stop this annoying thing in XP! Arg!

Right-click the drive, choose properties, go to AutoPlay tab

Choose the first option for it NOT to prompt you, and then choose do nothing, or whatever

BTW, I'm so jealous your jukebox is working and mine isn't

My computer was completely screwed up, and since I wasn't running a server anymore and all my drivers finally were ported to XP, I decided to go with it.
