A bit of Thoroughbred News
Here's some news/pictures (translated) of the AMD Athlon XP with 0.13 micron core
http://babel.altavista.com/translate...m/n/n5377.html
That is an XP2800 in the picture, which runs at 2.2Ghz.

By the way, nice post. I can't wait for it to come out, and beat the pants off of NorthWood!
All contents of the above post that aren't somebody elses are mine, not the property of some media corporation.

I know they are new, in a way i wish i just hit out a nice dual 1.8Ghz Xeon, which a single one is just about the same power as a Athlon1800MP, thou dual Xeon whould rip athlon out duallie out
Still i much rather a dual rig to a single procsr platform.
I would like to see Athlon get further into dual/quad SMP thou work a little harder on all these stupid little problems before releasing, noone wants to buy a dual athlon for a server if they are gonna have problems with it all the time.

well the next release is long horne, since releases tend to be 2-3 years apart (95 - 98) (ME-XP) that leaves 4-6 years for me to get a new computer

well Justin I hate to tell you and I don't like it one bit, but your favorite computer manufacture (dell) and chip manufacture (intel)may have out done themselves.
