    Add new user status level ?

    Right, well there's the guru status which is up and above out of the reach of all but dedicated members of the forums.

    Just thought it might be nice if there was something else above that.
    Something else along the lines of power ...

    ... the ability to do someAction to someObject ...

    Oh yeah forgot to mention, I didn't mean that people should be entitled to something once they hit x posts or whatever.

    Just that once they hit x posts (or some other metric), then there could be a specific set of steps for becoming say a moderator of a particular forum area or something like that, subject to approval of all other mods upon completion ...
