VB and excel

I am having trouble getting the excel cell that I click on to display the value in a text box on a form. Any ideas? Where would I put the code? Lost_Focus() event on the form????

What do you want to go where?

Do you want a Value from a textbox on a form to be trasferd to
a cell on a worksheet?
If so thats easy. Use one of the form events and put something like this

Worksheets("NameOfSheet").Range("A1").Value = userform1.textbox1.value

Any help?
