Do you need a 3D designing software or an artist? If you want a 3d software like 3dStudio max goto http://www.genesis3d.com or http://www.morfit.com and download their free 3d engine and world editor.

That engine looks pretty good, has anyone made anything in it? I can't get those demos to work!

Neither can i get the demos to work :mad: Does yours keep saying that Illegal Operation message whenever you try to run it?

You get that error because your engine is not registered to the system properly. Try reinstlling it. If the problem still persists contact the company for problem.

I have tried to make a small world in Genesis 3D world editor but not yet programmed any game.

When you make the small world, could you fight monsters or open dorrs etc etc. in there?

Ya, ofcourse you can put a dorr opening animation which wiil play when you go near the door and press the specific key. You need to be a good C++ programmer for making games because VB games are too slow and very large in size. ;)
