Enabling MultipleUndo For RichTextBox

I have looked at the info for enabling the richtextbox multiple undo from sites using API but I cannot get it to work at all. I have even downloaded there examples and the multiple undo doesnt work on them either. I have windows 2000 with richtextbox version 6.0 .It should work shouldnt it?

I need a way to implement this correctly. To my understanding the multiple undo functionality is built into richtextbox but is not usable through vb's control panel. It has to be enabled through api calls. Can someone help me. Thanks
