Ok, I have another forum suggestion: A forum for newbies. The newbie forum.
We have those who don't want to be annoyed with newbies and we have those who can't A more sophisticated Q's.
In other words, a place for newbies to get help. Personally I'm don't have anything against newbies. I help anyone I could help. "I'm not throwing them out of the general A/Q". Maybe the will get help more easier in their own forum. What do you think?

I thought you were against lot's of forums, I think instead you shoul be able to set your own "Skill level" which apears next to your posts, that way if someone claims to be a newbieI can either give them a very detailed answer, and if someone is an expert I can skip over a lot of the basics when I answer them. obviously we'd have to trust people to set their skill level right but stick a page up saying what you should be able to do If you want to call yourself an expert, and making it clear that it's just an indication of how detailed you want your answers rather than oneupmanship, or have a bit of a test that could suggest a skill level(Don't make the test set the skill level otherwise you'll just encourage people to cheat)
I for one would find that very useful.

If I can say something for the newbies, I think it would be a bad idea to split the forums up. If we do, newbies have to rely on more senior programmers going through the newbie forum, just for answering. As for myself I find it interesting to be able to read other wuestions, answers to them, use what I find useful and when I can (not very often, yet) answer a question.
A newbie forum risks to be quite a dead place.

About the newbie fourm, I agree with Pentax

We don't actually have to classified the questions... or else there will be no fun...
Who would want to answer the questions for newbies and who will be able to answer the questions for pros?? Ending up... we will all access the same forum just like now ... Some times questions from newbies remind me of all hose stupid mistakes that i've made. It's good actually.
