Cashing pictures

Hello,
In my website, I observed that pages with pictures are downloaded each time I visit,
while pages without pictures are downloaded the first time only.
Is this is normal behaviour?

The pictures should go to Temporary interenet files. But those files are not exactly your images just sorto record of them. So when you visit a site more then one the images load faster then the first time but load no the less.
