I have two more suggestions for you.
Maybe you can put something in to sort by the number of replies. Most of the time, I like to come in and find who has zero reply so if possible, I can help them.
Second, over on the left hand "Q and A", you should make it branch out rather than always having to click that thing to go to a different subject(General, Database, Internet, Chit Chat).
