CPU Usage...

Hello,
I need to write a program which will run as a service, which monitors the CPU status and perform certain actions when the CPU has been running at a 100% for londer than 3 minutes.

Any one have a a clue as to how to do this in Vb 6.0?

I was scared at first cuz it did not work on my 2000 WS, but compiled and tested it on 2000 server and worked great!
