Problem Logging In

Hi,
I have problems logging in to VBForums from UNI, evertime i try to log in it says "Danial thank you for logging in......" and then redirects me to the main page without logging me in.

Now i presume its a cookie problem, and uni might have disabled cookies. How can i get around this problem, shall i set the cookie option in my control panel to use cookie or not use cookie ?

BTW: The admin have disabled the access to IE Options so i cant change the cookie settings [Well legally ]

Have same problem at the office. New firewall doesn't allow cookies through, l think there is a cruise without cookies option in your profile that will get around the problem.....or not...haven't actually tried using it...
