Crystal Reports Control 4.6

Can anyone tell me where to download Crystal Reports Control 4.6? I think it is a custom OCX, I need it for my class but my teacher is clueless.

It was shipped with VB5 when you bought it.
If you don't have it, you may search it on Microsoft web site.
I'll send you one (I believe it has no license, but if it does, pls remove it okay)
