Can someone tell me how to make a program where you can set the gravity you want, and place blocks and apply force, etc... Or a link to a site would be helpful too.

Are you familiar with classmodules? They could be pretty useful in this case.
Use
writing software in C++ is like driving rivets into steel beam with a toothpick.
writing haskell makes your life easier:
reverse (p (6*9)) where p x|x==0=""|True=chr (48+z): p y where (y,z)=divMod x 13
To throw away OOP for low level languages is myopia, to keep OOP is hyperopia. To throw away OOP for a high level language is insight.

If you were anymore vague you'd fade away
grab a physics book or look on line, you'll find the math is a half done program, you just set your velocities, the mass of the objects, a distance scale factor and set time increments.
if it doesn't look real set slide bars for the distance scale and time and work out how strong you want the effect of gravity to be.
It's all MATH
