I have painted 75 pictures on my form using the API "BitBlt". I want to be able to get the name(or tooltip) of each picture as I drag my pointer over it!
I am not sure on how to do this because graphics and the "BitBlt" API is new to me.
Please provide code for this because I won't understand by explanation. It would great if you can write a small sample running against one picture.
