Drop down help

I am trying to write an OCX that will drop down a calendar and time boxes much like a combo box drops down when you click the arrow. Can someone tell me how I can make the calendar part either drop down or pop up depending on how close the control is to the top or the bottom of the screen?

Why not just use the DTPicker ActiveX control in VB that does this for you?

Date picker is not specific enough for my application. I need a mechanism that will display both a calendar and time fields. Maybe I don't have enough info on the capabilities of date picker.
