updating asp pages on server

Good Day all,

I have problems updating pages on the server. Actually, everything gets updated but when i refresh the I.E. Browser then the changes don't take effect. When I reboot the server then everything works ok. I also tried to delete all my cache but that didn't do it either.

p.s. the pages are not read-only either.

If anybody could give me ideas on this it would be appreciated.
