I am currently developing an ASP-Com project using VB6 under Windows 2000. I find that if I compile and overwrite a previously compiled COM .dll file I get an error saying 'Access Denied'

If I restart the computer, the problem goes away. Is another way around the problem? i.e. without rebooting the computer?
