Chat Program

Hello.
I am wanting to make an internet game with a Chat built in.
I want it to have a Server/Client.
Can someone make one/Show me one with the features below??

Also: I would like to use the winsock control. And using a RichTextBox

Able to Kick Users

Ban them for a given amount of time/Unban them

If they go Idle (inactive) for a certain amount of time(set by server) they will get logged off automaticly.

Use Colors for chat IE: Name will be a color selected by the coding, and text will be different color.

Only Able to send so many messages in a given amount of time.

Have the coding in the Client Send a 'request' to download a file, and then it will download it to the AppPath.

Get setting from the server, IE a textbox text from server and put it into client

Able to 'Shut up'(stop people from talking) for a given period of time

When a Person Logs on/Chats it will say it in the Server Log

Show Users in a user list

SAVE/Load chat logs for server.

Able to send Private Message to A Person

Client able to 'IGNORE'/'UnIgnore' people


I know this is hard but, i want it to have abunch of options.
Can anyone help me out? Full credit will be given!

I once made a chat program with some of these features, ill see if i can find it and ill email it to you.
