Tab Control

can someone please explain how to change the color of the Tab Control. I have tried catching WM_CTLCOLOR, FloodFill in OnPaint, everything that i know of, and still nothing.

edited to say that this isnt MFC, so you can answer (amazing how much people are against MFC and yet they post on a Visual Basic forum ;) )
