This probably posted a million times but I done a search on the following topic and could not find any sufficient help.

What is the fastest method to populate a flexgrid without any db controls when I have a recordset. I have been using and aware of the method with the DO .eof but was wondering if there is anything much faster.

I am not asking about Data Environment or ADO control. I am asking about the recordset from ADO code.
