Updating Resources (Code is here)

Hi.

I'm in need of something big :(

I found the code I need at http://codeguru.com/misc/resources.html

The code has to do with updating resource (icons of compiled exes) on NT as well as 9x/ME.

but, I need to make this code into a reusable DLL so I can use it in VB (coz I dunno squat about VC++).

Can anyone help in any way?
