Regardless of whether you use VBs Package and Deployement Wizard, or someone elses installation package, you must throughly test it. Run the install on machines that do not have VB installed, and test every aspect of your program. Run the install on machines that do not have MS Access installed, and run through every aspect of your program. Test your installation procedure the way you tested your code during development.

Few things are more professionally embarassing than standing before a group of expectant users only to have your install fail, or your program blow up because a required component failed to install or register properly.
