    Does anyone have a clue!?!

    O.k> i am new to programming and in these programs everyone is useing stuff from lib's like user32 and gdi32 and other stuff like that what i want to know is how do you know you can make that call from that *.dll is there a website out there that tells you everything you can use from each *.dll or what because i am going to be good at this weather it kills me and if i knew this then it would help me out a ton. thanks
