Resoultion ajustments

If you design your forms to fill up the whole screen at 1024X768
resolution is there any resonable way to automatically ajust them to 800X600 resoultion during runtime. Obviously without ajustment part of the screen will be cut off as the picture becomes too big.

So is there anyway to ajust for that so that you could have the option to run the program in two different resolutions?
