How can i make a program to test the spped my internet is running at that moment?

well, your speed depends on the server you're downloading from. What you can do is download a file using winsock, inet, or API. And time how long the download takes with a timer! That would be a great idea, wouldn't it??

I think he means the bps you're connected at (ie, 46,000 bps, 28,800 bps, 56,000 etc)
