Setting the value of a checkbox list

Could someone please tell me where I can read about a listbox that contains multiple checkboxes. My main concern is how to set the value of one item in the list, and how to save the values of all the items in the list to the property bag when my application is saved/closed.

I don't know exactly where you could read up on the subject, but your best bet would be MSN (personally, I hate the ****). The other thing to do is look through the object browser, and see what you can find out. Hope this helps at all.
