Ok, easier question this time...i`m (still!) trying to get this working, but i`ve given up on trying to get a project packaged up without user intervention...i`m come back to that some time in the future.
My current problem is trying to find a way of telling the PD wizard that an .ocx file needs a certain .dll file. It seems that the wizard knows about the ocx, but makes no attempt to include its dll, so when i install it, it complains (at install time) that something is wrong. I do get complaints from the wizard when i`m putting the package together that it cant find dependencies for the .ocx file, but it doesnt let you browse for the .dlls, and i dont know how to do this.
I know its possible as i have an archive of an earlier version of this project (with none of my changes in) which installs the .ocx and .dll files perfectly.
I`m developing on win 98, and trying to install on a NT4 system, but i know this isnt the problem, as the archived PD wizard packaged disks install perfectly.
Does anyone understand my problem? The microsoft site, and MSDN `help` (sic) files are not much help...
Thanks,
Alex.
