Is it possible to make ProgramA sned a copy of programB to 50 different IPs. If so, what would come up on the screen of people who are recieving programB.

It is possible, however the 50 other clients must have some software listening for the transfer. The program that they have will decide what shows up on their screen.

If they have netscape running, could Netscape act as a "listener", and the "Save file as..." dialog would come up.
