Can't get back into Access
I have a access 2000 database that locked up on us. When we rebooted and tried to get back in, Access said that it needed to repair the database. But when we click "Yes" to repair, it tell us that the password is incorrect and won't let us in. Any help out there?

You probably rebooted when Access was trying to write/save something and now the database is corrupted.
When it asks you if you want to repair it, say no and run Compact & Repair from the menu bar.
If that doesn't work, try compacting it through VB.

First go here and download the compact utility, see if that works.

I'm at work and I have the code at home. Search the support site from Microsoft and you'll find it. That's where I got it.
If I remember correctly, you'll have to reference the Access Object Model and there is a command to do a compact and repair.
