PHP - problem, 4 lines of code.

$Fhand = fopen ($DataPath, "r");
$FromFile = fread ($Fhand, filesize($FromFile));
fclose($Fhand);

What is wrong with that?

As you can see there $FormFile has no chacters in its string, whilst it the file its surposed to extract data from clearly has a lot of characters. Ive goto admit this isn't the full program, however.

What could be the problem?
