Current HTML version?
Can anybody tell me what the current version of HTML is? Im not quite sure. I just picked up a book and it talks about HTML 4.

You can double check with the W3C.
HTML 4.01
CSS 2
I think DOM is 2.
CSS 3 and DOM 3 are both in draft I think.

the W3C says the newest version if html is "4.01" and "CSS-2". DOM-3 I think is being created @ the moment, there are examples of what it is like in this book i have, its not too much more complicated really
