Accessing a database from VB6

I am new to prgramming and need some help with acessing databases.

I want to be able to fill a form in VB 6 and place the information, from the form, into a table in an Access 2000 database.

Is this possible?

I also want to be able to read from the Database and update it.

Is this possible?
