Hi!

We had an ODBC Driver for INGRES database (third Party) and will start to develop an application for this. We are very much concerned with the speed on accessing this database. If we will use ADO as the primary data access technology, would it be very slow since ADO is optimized for any OLEDB provider database? Can you point some tips on how to optimiz application using ODBC driver or Client server tips.
