Hi, I am developing a small utility that will connect to the internet automatically every hour. My setup is as follows :

Windows 2000 server running ISA server 2000 with exchange 2000 behind it. Every hour my utility must connect to the internet
and let exchange sends and retrieves messages (the last part is handled by exchange ).

Basically, I need to call an api or something that dials my default internet connection. I had a look at tip 478, but it will not work because we do not use the auto dial of IE.

Any ideas please???
