Thread: Insertable Objects

    I'm trying to insert an Excel sheet from the 'Insertable objects'. I keep getting 'System error &H80070001 (-2147024895)' and the control won't add to the form.


    Can any one help me?

    Of course, it could just be that your VB is knackered, and needs reinstalling. I've had mine go plenty wierd before, flipping out when I tried to add some VERY basic components (can't remember what exactly), and I tried lots of things and then formatted my HD and etc. etc.

    Now ain't that helpful?

    Yeah plenty helpful

    I'm gonna hafta reinstall soon anyway when I do a complete upgrade to VS6.

    BTW the insertable object properties are visible through objname.Object.etc but I couldn't 'get' or 'set' them...
