RC->Res->RC (HELP!!!!!)

I have a little work to do,
It's like that:
I know how to compile a RC file to a RES file.
But, I DON'T KNOW HOW TO DECOMPILE FROM RES TO RC...
Anyone knows?!!!?
Please help,

I don't think you can decompile RES files; but if you go to Visual C++ you can open the RES file and edit the stuff in it or export the resources...
