We are trying to impliment a msflexgrid control onto an Outlook 2000 form and get the error "One or more controls is not licensed" when trying to add the control to the form.

The ocx is on the PC, and we are able to add it into the Controls toolbox, but when you try to site the control on the form, this error occurs.

It does not occur another PC that has Visual Studio and Office 2000 Developer's Kit.

Still pretty new to COM objects, I am wondering what is different here? What is required to use a control that gives this error during design time or run time? How can it be distributed?

So far I've found nothing of help on MSDN or search engines.
