I've got some pretty decent charting components from Component One (http://www.componentone.com)
I think they've made the web chart component separate now. You download the trial. It has examples in VB that should help you get started. There's a good handful of companies that make internet ready charting controls if this one doesn't work out. Try VBExtras (http://www.vbxtras.com) if you want a larger selection.
