    Germany and the Berlin wall

    i have a few questions if anyone could help.

    What was Germanys economy like:
    *Before the Berlin wall went up
    *During the wall
    *After the wall

    while the wall was up graffiti artists did really well on the black market

    I actually have a piece of the Berlin wall Not huge but a piece nevertheless.

    Before the wall... Bad.. depression then defeat in WW2 then Russian control and tension with west.

    During the wall... Bad.. lotsa ppl trying to escape, getting shot at... communism not working... trabants height of car design ... some bad australian band writes "they built the wall not to keep us out but to leave no doubt they're out of order".. maybe was little river band

    After the wall... Bad ... High unemployment .. resentment of wealth in the west ... continuing ostracization of easterners

    So, in summary it is all peachy keen Hope u get an A by quoting me

    Right now however the German economy is going backwards by about -0.5 to 1% thanks to their association with this piss poor currency called the € and being very hard hit by this global "downturn".

    It seems the bratwursts are not selling as well as they should
