plugin for ie5

is there a way to make a plugin for ie5 with vb?
many times i need to make many changes to url's:
http://www.web.com/1.html
http://www.web.com/2.html
http://www.web.com/3.html

and so on.

i need to retrieve the url, and with a simple click, change it to the next.
