    Unhappy win in dos

    I have heard that there is a program called a dos extender or something which i can download and run windows 3.1 programs with, without actually having windows. but where from??

    In windows 95, 98, 98SE, 2000, and XP, you can run windows 3.1 programs without anything. ME doesn't like them and won't run some, but hey--ME is a peice of crap anyway.

    why don't you just use win3.1, the base isin't much bigger than dos.
