importing data through dbf file

I am very much in problem in importing data from dbf file .Pelase suggest me to how to import data from dbf file .It is urgent.

I want to import data into MS-acesss & Oracle database.

if you use Ms Acces ,

ms access has a utility name get external data. you can use this utility from file menu . this utility will help you to get external data from another file.

but if you want to do this from vb , you can use ado or dao.
