Exporting Picture as JPG

hello., i want to be able to export a picture box image or even the image of the whole for as a jpg file on comp.,., i know how to export it as a BMB file., but is there a way to export it as a jpg file.,., you know..,,. so the fileisize isn't as big as BMP's.
