    i know!

    on of the programs Spedia installes of the IE menu bar...

    that's what happend to me anyway.

    you can remove it if you want...


    just see the picture...


    Click Uninstall to remove.

    Well actually, It is a technical question.

    People post threads in general vb such as What is Windows?

    etc.

    I think this could be classified as a question asking for constructive input :P
