I am currently doing an Access database for pictures. I'd like to ask from you guys the following:

1. Is there a way that i can optimize the speed of my database coz it takes forever to search & load a picture.

2. How can i display the pictures in a report using thumbnails size?

3. Is is possible to save the pictures in a low resolution or anything to minimize the size of my database?
