ActiveX controls lost
I have an information management system written in VB Script and ActiveX. ActiveX controls are used to open and modify Microsoft Word documents. The document management works very well apart from quite regularly certain computers seem to not run the activeX control properly. They will open up word but then fail to make any modifications to the document. After trying over and over again and checking the activeX security settings eventually an error message pops up, 'call rejected by callee'. Then after a system restart it all works again.
Any ideas?

This error can be generated when automating word 2000 when Norton AntiVirus 2000 is installed.
Hope this is of use

Thanks anyway!
Any other ideas?
